Points Standing

The Points list is our way of keeping track of member participation in our monthly tournaments as well as to determine our most consistent performers when selecting a traveling team to play other clubs head to head in Ryder Cup type matches.

Points are earned at differing rates depending on the format selected for play.

In 2 man best ball tournaments each player will be awarded a point for each hole his score was used in the team score. When either players score could have been used for the team score each player is awarded ½ point.

Individual formats award points for the position you place in the field as follows:

1st Place 25 pts.
2nd Place 20 pts.
3rd Place 15 pts.
4th Place 10 pts.
5th Place 5 pts.

Everyone in the filed will receive 1 point for participation if you finish out of the points.
